Relevanssi search by SKU is case sensitive

    I’m using Relevanssi search with woocommerce and I set the program to search products and I added _sku as a custom field. My theme is Enfold. The search results are case sensitive and this is a big issue. Can you provide help? You can see the issue if you go to this website and do a search for T618 versus t618. The search using the capital T will return the correct results and the small t does not. How can I correct this? Thank you

    Relevanssi search is always case insensitive. All search terms and keywords in documents are converted to lower case.

    I get exactly the same results with upper case and lower case versions of the SKUs; just the order is different. The products come first with upper case search terms, and the list pages come first with lower case terms.

    Do you have some kind of filtering function that adjusts the order of results? Is that function perhaps case sensitive?
