Relevanssi not working

  • Hello, I have a problem with Relevanssi plugin.
    The Woocommerce is updated, so is the Relevanssi plugin. I tried reinstaling the plugin, because I couldn’t search by sku, but now the plugin isn’t working. When I click to Build the Index nothing happens, or when I change some settings and save, it doesn’t save just gets back. Did anyone have the same problem? Or how to solve it?

  • I’m experiencing the same issues after updating WooCommerce. For now I’m going to be disabling the plugin until someone comes up with a fix.

    Please check the browser javascript console. Are there any errors there? What exactly happens when you click “Build the index”? What messages appear in the console?

    Does the Relevanssi admin search (Dashboard > Admin search) find any results?
