The parameters in the URL come from your Google Tag Manager integration. It appears to be connected to Google Analytics, which generates them. If you want to get rid of them, you need to take a closer look at the configuration there. Have you then cleared the cache of your optimisation plugins in WordPress? You should also clear the cache of your own browser or use a private window for testing.
