Released version 1.10.4 to address issues with 3.7

Apparently WordPress 3.7 upgrade procedure deletes one of our file in the folder wp-content/themes-ai1ec/vortex folder. We don’t know how that is happening. I released a fix now that let our plugin fall back to the themes-ai1ec folder which is present in our plugin folder.
Hope this fixes the bug.
