Release: The Events Calendar 4.1.2

  • We’re chugging right along and have a brand new batch of releases for you that squash a number of annoying bugs.

    Here’s a complete rundown of what’s new in The Events Calendar 4.1.2:

    • Tweak: Removed an unneeded hook that attempted to add a query argument to event tag links
    • Fix: Resolved an issue where events marked as “sticky” would not display as such in Month View
    • Fix: Dashes, hyphens, or whatever you like to call them in the events archive slug no longer breaks the URL
    • Fix: The notice that pops up when a conflicting “events” page exists can now be dismissed

    As always, we do encourage you to update safely by testing the latest releases in a staging environment and backing up WordPress as you would with any other update. We expect this to be a smooth update for those of you running 4.1+ of any of the plugins, but do please be sure to read our past release notes if you are running anything earlier so you’re aware of what’s new.

  • Hi there. Unfortunately the latest version is not compatible with woo commerce. We need to go back to the previous version (4.1.1.1). Is there any way we can get the installation file for that version?

    Do you have an update for WP 4.5? My web server accidentally upgraded WP and now I’m getting “Uncaught TypeError: Illegal invocation” with the tribe-events.min.js?ver=4.1.2:1

    Also, I don’t think the google maps is working properly because the Google is looking for a maps API key since they changed their embed methods.

    I’m using pro and am dying for an update with a site launch this next week. Any help is appreciated!

    I am 4.5 and the calendar page that I have setup was showing all the future events. They have all disappeared and I can not seem to figure out how to correct it. Can you please tell me how to fix this. Thanks

    Could you please provide the 4.1.1. Version. We cannot send out tickets to our customers anymore, pleaseeeeee

    Ghanial,,, I am WP 4.5 and on The Events Calendar 4.1.2. I can see all the events yet the menu page i had it connected to does not work any more. A blank web page comes up with not event information. Can you help?
