Release Candidate 2.1.0.1 and upcoming extensions

Hello everyone,

Our new version has reached a stable state and we would like to ask you for a favour and test the version before we release it.

We’ve done the following improvements:

• Progress interface during export and import we are being very descriptive giving you a status of how the export/import is going and what is left to do.
• Import and export time chunking that means that we are now migrating your content into chunks of 20 seconds each. We’ve had numerous reports of hosts that limit the execution to 30 seconds or one minute when the export was taking much more than that. The end result was partial/incomplete zip archive that often was broken or didn’t contain all data. We worked hard to fix this issue and to support almost all hosting providers out there – GoDaddy, 1and1 etc.
• Introduced backups section every export is not put under a backups folder. The backups screen allows to list available backups, restore a backup or download a backup

Shortly after releasing version 2.1.0 of the plugin, we will release the following premium extensions of the plugin:

• Export/Import/Backup to/from the following cloud storage providers – Amazon S3, Apple iCloud, Box, Dropbox, Google Drive, Microsoft OneDrive
• Network/Multisite support – export/import single site from/to the network
• Direct – clone your site directly onto another site with one click

Make sure to clean your cache by doing a hard refresh when you install the plugin.
