Relationship between listing categories

    I added a new row ex: ‘cities’ in listing categories and I set parent ‘countries’ to it and do all the steps but when I use to fill the form of adding a car the two input choices doesn’t related to each other for example when i select a specific country doesn’t show its cities instead it show all the data
