Related videos carousel not showing

I have checked the site and noticed that related videos section is not called. Need to check your file and configuration of the shortcode in WP admin panel. Contact the support team at [email protected]

my shortcode reads: [hdvideo playlistid=8 relatedvideos=on width=100% height=500px]

Short code should be like this [hdvideo id=2 playlistid=8 relatedvideos=on width=100% height=500px].

Note : id parameter value should be replaced with the correct video id from the category no 8. Based on the video id, the plugin will fetch the related videos and display in the slider.
