Related variable subscription products on the single produc page

Hello,

we would like to know if it is possible to display linked variable subscription product on a single product page ? This means displaying multiple subscriptions on a signe produc page (in the form variation cart)

If it is possible, does it require php coding ? Does any plugin/adddon exists to do this?
