    Hello again,
    I hope your are well.

May I ask you to take a look at this topic first?

Other than that, if an internal link is set to open in a new tab, it will open normally in PWA. At least it seems so. However, it gives a similar reaction to the video I shared on the topic I linked.

What would you say about it?

    Kind regards.

Sorry, I don’t understand the question.

I should have explained more clearly. I think there are problems with the translation. I’m sorry for this.

If the links within the site are set to open in a new tab or are opened with an extra method such as Web Stories, the theme color remains constant. Normally, when the theme changes or if the theme color is set according to the page (as I showed in the video), or in iOS, including the height of the bottom bar, it is disabled.

I noticed that in Web Stories scrolling link this problem does not occur in normal browser (safari). But while in PWA (as Apple allows) it causes some problems.

    Here: https://youtube.com/shorts/slOJGVSjXQQ

and I made a mistake somewhere: Internal links opened in the new tab are not a problem. I remember it was happening for some reason, but in the new tests I did, everything is normal.

In other words, the subject of this topic is that the scrolling link in Web Stories is different. What would it take to fix this?

I checked, this problem does not happen on Android.

So when opening a page attachment from a Web Story, the resulting page shown will have scrollbars that don’t work properly? Does this issue only happen when your site is installed to your homescreen on iOS? Or does it also happen without PWA entirely?

I don’t have much experience with iOS, although I do know that there are features that Apple hasn’t implemented yet. But it sounds like this isn’t an issue with PWA per se but rather with Safari on iOS. Maybe this will help: https://developer.apple.com/forums/thread/689995

Actually, the problem I was trying to show was not related to scrolling. It came across. I didn’t quite understand what the code you gave was, but it seemed like a beneficial and I added it to the site right away. ??

The part I mentioned is the theme color change or the lack of a color and it disables the safe-area-inset-bottom code.

This sounds like an PWA implementation issue for Safari, so I don’t really have any advice. I suggest looking up general discussions related to Safari and PWA for answers.
