Hello there, first of all thank you for providing that plugin, I however need, if you please, support regarding displaying your plugin in my front end, I tried disabling theme defaults with no result, I’m using Avada theme. Any suggestion will be more than welcome.

    Thank you in advance,

    Hi @oguinart,

    Greetings from WebToffee support.

Have you checked the same on the storefront theme? Also, please check whether the issue persists after deactivating all plugins except the WooCommerce and the Related Products plugins.

If the issue disappears, you may enable the plugins one by one and check when it reappears. Let us know how it goes.

Also greetings, and thank you so much for your reply, I tried deactivate all plugins but the issues is not related to plugins apparently, maybe theme but I don’t see anything wrong there, any other suggestion to fix if you please, thank you in advance.

    Hi @oguinart,

The issue might be related to the theme. Were you able to see the related products widgets after switching to the storefront theme? If the issue persists, you may deactivate all plugins except WooCommerce and Related products and view the site in the storefront theme.

If we can identify the cause of the issue, we can’t provide you with further instructions to resolve the issue.

    Hi @oguinart,

We are glad to know that you were able to fix the issue.

Regarding your query, unfortunately, the Related products plugin doesn’t provide the feature to change the position of the widget. The widgets are placed on the default position of the WooCommerce Related products section.
