Related products not showing correctly

  • Hi,
    im having issues with related products not showing correctly.

    please look here as you can see the related products do show, but have the grey box that says No products found which match your selection in front of them.

    Surely they should show like this. i have read all the threads on related products issues, but cant find an answer to the problem could you please have a look and see if you can help.

    It would be much appreciated.
