Related products didn’t show related products

  • Hi all!
    I have a question that I can not solve.
    When I choose the option in Astra theme ‘show related products’ it shows indeed related products.
    The problem is that it didn’t show the products that I add when I place a new products on my store.
    To be clear step by step:

    I add a new product.
    In the tab related products I choose my related products (see screenshot)

    When I am on my product page in my store I see my products but not with the related products that I choose.

    I can not figure out how to solve this.
    I didn’t use plugins that change the related products or something.
    I see also that my photo’s are blurry and only sharp when you click on it.

    Anyone know what the problem is and how to solve it?
    Hope without CSS because in the past my total site crashed with use CSS.

    The products you added to the Cross-sells section will appear on the Cart page on the You may be interested in... section. Refer to this screenshot, please.

    Further, this is WooCommerce’s thing, not Astra. The same thing will happen with any other theme I believe.

    It is not the cross sells but the related products that you can see on the bottom of the products.
    I opened a Woocommerce topic already last week, but there they say it is a Astra setting/topic.

    You were referring to the products I marked with a red box in this screenshot, right? Or we are looking at a different thing?

    Yes that’s right!
    I’m use a plugin now for related products, and that is working.
    Strange thing is that the standard Woocommerce related products are not working.
    Now the problem is that all related products that are showed under the products very blurry are….

    Anyone why all photo’s are blurry?
    I did already the thumbnail regenerator, but that is not working.

    The products you added into the field I marked with red box in my screenshot above, it is not the Related Products. As mentioned in my previous response, it is Cross-sells and will appear on the Cart page.

    Regarding the images of the Related Products that are blurry. Actually, when I check your site, it’s even broken. Refer to this screenshot, please. It looks like a cache-related issue.

    Thank you for your message Herman.
    I checked my site on my PC, laptop and mobile, but here it works fine.
    Except the photo’s that are blurry.
    Is there any cache from Woocommerce of WordPress that I can reset or something?

    Have you tried to regenerate using the default WooCommerce Regenerate shop thumbnails feature?
