Related products by attribute

By default, the attributes option in the custom related products settings within a product edit page displays variable products having the selected attributes as related products on the site. If no products are found with the specified attributes, then no products will be displayed.

To assist you further in resolving this issue, could you please provide us with the following information:

1. A screenshot of the plugin’s main settings page.
2. A screenshot of the custom related product settings you have configured on the product edit page.
3. WooCommerce System Status report: You can access this report in WooCommerce by navigating to WooCommerce -> Status -> Get system status report. This report will provide details about your site environment, which may help us diagnose the issue more accurately.

Once we have this information, we’ll be better equipped to troubleshoot and resolve the issue you’re encountering.
