Related Products are always the same

How can I make sure all my products could be shown as related product? Not just 10 out of 600.

By default, WooCommerce pulls products that share the same tags or categories as the current product. If you’d like to show other products than those just 10 products, please make sure other products share the same categories and tags.

The shown related products are indeed from the same category, but a very small amount of products from the same category. The shown related products don’t have the same tag as the product.

The product on the page ‘I need help with’ is for example of the category Stempels (rubber stamps). This is a main category with over 300 products, but Woocommerce only shows a few products from this category as related products.

Just to mention, if you would like the related products to be displayed based on the product tags only, you can use custom code to remove the ones being pulled in based on the category.
