As this is PHP code, you would want to add this to the functions.php file of your child theme.

Alright, thank you dougaitken, I won’t work on it right away as it would take me a while to execute those steps, but I’ll put it on the queue of things to work on and I’ll report here after done.

As a suggestion for Jetpack, it might make sense to add an option to deal with this one.

Currently, the PHP code is the best solution but this is a good thought and I have added this as an Enhancement idea on GitHub.
