Related posts Pagination doesn’t work

Adding a list of pages from
https://github.com/scribu/wp-posts-to-posts/wiki/Basic-usage
It works correct for me, but I want to paginate these results, cause some relationships have up to 100-150 items so I don’t want to show them all on one page without pagination.
The problem is that pagination block (with links and page numbers) don’t display at all.
I tried to add the lines

'nopaging' => false,
'posts_per_page' => 5,

But nothing changed.
