Related posts on pages

I have version 0.9.71. Related posts is still not working well for pages. The thumbnails are big and ugly.

Related posts should not be appear on the pages in the first place. Can you share the URL where you have them, so I can check and understand and help you fix it

I use WordPress as a CMS, with Yuzo – Related Posts plugin on posts and pages.

Installed Yuzo Related Posts. It is set up to appear on blog posts, but it appears at the bottom of the opening introduction for the blog “Message from Diane Drain”, not at the bottom of the entire blog. See https://dianedrain.com/disabled-can-now-avoid-taxes-when-student-loans-forgiven/ for example of current layout. This is an old post created before Yuzo was activated. Any way to put it at the bottom of the post?
