Same problem here: no related posts on firefox and mobile phone (MI browser).

It’s a Cache issue. Go to Related Posts / Productivity tab

I the Faster box: Use transient? Turn it off
Clear transient database: click DELETE TRANSIENT

Then refresh your browser and it should display now. It works on my end. Thanks to iLen’s help.
