Related posts not appearing

    Related posts aren’t appearing on any posts on my site despite being activated in Jetpack settings + Customiser.

    I’ve tried clearing my local cache and the WordPress cache.

    Can anyone help with this?

    Hi there!

    I don’t see any issues with Jetpack on your site, this may be a plugin or theme conflict. Please try to disable all plugins, and switch to the default Twenty Twenty theme. If the problem goes away, enable them one by one to identify the source of the problem.

    To make it easier, you can install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you, while you’re still logged in, without affecting normal visitors to your site.

    Hi same issue happening with me. Installed Helath Check plugin and disabled everything but sti its showing related posts in Customiser

    Hi @fresatomica I’ve tried switching to troubleshooting mode and with all plugin disabled and theme as Twenty Twenty the related posts still don’t appear.
