Related Posts listing glitch in SmartAdapt

Trying to figure out a weird glitch using the Smart Adapt theme in WP 4.3.1 — at the bottom of a page, where it lists Related Posts, I get two stray bullets (unordered list) on the left of the related posts, and two stray numbers (ordered list, 1 and 2) on the right of the related posts.

For example:

So, anybody else seen this or figured out how to get rid of it?
