Related Posts Disappeared

    Hi All,

    On the latest version of Jetpack & WordPress.

    All of a sudden, the related posts have disappeared from each post.

    I’ve so far run the debug mode and nothing has popped up for being untoward.

    I’ve also switched my theme back to Twenty Seventeen, and disabled a plugin that could have been affecting it. I’m speaking with my client to see if anything else has happened, but what else could be affecting it?

    It has previously been working fine.

    Hi @rhyswynne!

    Does your Jetpack plugin appear well connected to WordPress.com? Check on your Jetpack -> Dashboard page. Scroll down to the ‘Site Connection’ box to check.

    If the issue still persists, could you post your site URL here, so I can have a look?

    I’ve sent an email through. My WP.com isn’t connected to the client’s account, but I can speak to them and get them to verify you can speak to me if need be ??
