It’s in
/inc/template-tags.php. If using a child theme, copy that entire function: https://github.com/siteorigin/siteorigin-unwind/blob/develop/inc/template-tags.php#L471-L516 into your child theme functions.php file. If not using a child theme, copy that entire function into a plugin like Code Snippets and select to run it on the front end only. Keep in mind that you’re now working with PHP that can fatal error your site if you get it wrong.Alternatively, switch over to using YAARP or Jetpack Related Posts which Unwind supports in the same position. YAARP has lots of settings, JP Related Posts has a few.
