“Related post” block disappeared

I am using block theme, and for the single post template, when I plan to add a section called “related posts” under the comments section, but did not found the “related posts” block from the guten editor, is there any other guys have the same problem here?

And reinstall wordpress and theme still not works

Current theme is:

-Startupzy Theme Version 1.1.1
-Gutenverse by Jegstudio  – 1.8.9
-WordPress 6.4.1 running

I found this link of wordpress document, but i did not found the related post block when search, is there anything wrong with the updated wp?
