Related post

Hi. I’m new to this, so my apologies ahead. I am creating some pages dedicated to music groups and I do not get that in the records of the groups, the posts already created on the web, such as Mansory or Grid, are related. The idea was that by tag or similar, select the artist and get it embedded in this way, type, related post of Jetpack, but I do not see how it comes out. Any ideas ? Thank you.
