Related plugin is disabling Screen Options from the editor

Do you see an error in the console?

You can right-click on the page and select “Inspect element”. Then hit the tab for Console. There should be an error there.

I checked and found this under the Console
“JQMIGRATE: Migrate is installed, version 1.4.1”

That is not an error, so it seems there is no error.

It seems to be part of Bootstrap.
Can you find out which plugin or theme is loading it? You should be able to contact the maintainer of that software.

Update.
I disabled all plugins, except Timber (the site does not run without Timber – frontend & wp-admin interface)
And then Screen Options work. If I activate Related again then Screen Options do NOT work.

Could this be a conflict between the two?

On my testsite, when Timber and RElated are activated, I see no error.
Which theme do you use?

We use a custom theme made by a web agency.
I tried to activate the Twenty Sixteen theme, but that did not change anything.

Strange… I used Twenty Sixteen and it is fine for me.

Where does the Boostrap JavaScript come from?
I tried a Bootstrap 4 Starter theme and it worked fine for me.
Maybe you could send me a zipfile of the theme? If I can reproduce I can at least say more about it.

I activated the theme. With Timber and Related plugins activated, I don’t see an error in the console.

I also don’t see those bootstrap files in the theme.
Can you see in the Inspector what the path is to toolset-bs-component-buttons.js.
