Related content not working

  • Hi there, I hope someone can help. The related content for one of the websites I help manage has stopped working. When adding links they appear in the admin section, but after publishing the changes, they don’t show up on the live page and disappear from the admin view too. All of the plugins are up to date and I’ve updated the site to the latest version of WordPress too…

  • What plugin do you use for related posts or do you have a script added? May be an issue with plugin conflict.
    I personally have this added tomy page without a plugin. I followed this guide: https://www.wpbeginner.com/wp-tutorials/how-to-display-related-posts-in-wordpress/

    Thank you for your reply – I’m not 100% sure the answer as I didn’t build the website, I just add content – at the moment we just add a related content block to a column, select 3 column or 4 column grid then search and select the pages we want to display. I’ve had a look through the plugins and can’t work out which one might be the one that’s used for this…
