  • Hi… i have some problem. Here’s my request id : #5821

@fania12 & @andymerrett: As per the Forum Welcome, please post your own topic.

    Esmi,

With all due respect, doesn’t it make more sense to allow users who have the same problem to post under the same topic?

@fania12 and @andymerrett are having the same problem with the plugin that I am. I think it helps the plugin developer know that there’s clearly an issue with the plugin, rather than it being just a one user anomaly.

@thecozyapron: These forums have rules. Please read them.

As you will see, one of these rules – entitled Where toPost – specifically states:

Unless you are using the same version of WordPress on the same physical server hosted by the same hosts with the same plugins, theme & configurations as the original poster, do not post in someone else’s thread. Start your own topic.

Please abide by this and do not argue when someone is asked to post their own topic.

    Hi everyone,

I was just sifting through old threads and stumbled across this one. I apologize for the wait. If you haven’t submitted a request to our support center, or this issue has yet to be resolved on your site, please contact our helpdesk directly with your website address and a description of the problem so that we can assist you personally. Thanks!
