If your canonical URLs aren’t showing up anywhere, that’s most likely a settings issue.
If you have Canonical URLs checked and they still aren’t showing up, it’s most likely a caching issue.
If you’ve cleared all server, browser, and WP caching and it still doesn’t show up anywhere, the only likely cause left is a plugin/theme conflict. You can use these troubleshooting steps to narrow it down: https://semperplugins.com/documentation/how-to-troubleshoot-issues-with-all-in-one-seo-pack/

As for that page specifically, I’m pretty sure the author feed page is supposed to be XML, rather than HTML. I’m not sure if you have a plugin or theme creating that page, but it’s possible (likely?) that AIOSEOP doesn’t know about it in order to provide a canonical URL.
Since you have comments and newlines stripped out, it’s difficult to really read the source code of the page.
