Also, can you edit the feed you created in the plugin and give me screenshots of the settings and configurations you used?

Another question, for your products, do you have their Brand name, and GTIN or MPN added in WooCommerce?

I tried playing with the settings because the default settings your plug-in came with didn’t work, so I edited these to try this but this didn’t work either –

For the products, we don’t have any of the Brand name, and GTIN or MPN added in WooCommerce. I thought this was only needed for google and not for Facebook?

Hi, for Facebook, you need one of the 3.

So what you can do is just include your company name as the brand.

Just change the attribute type for the brand as Static and type in your company name. (see image)

And follow the video in the previous reply to set up and use the Category Mapping for Google Product Category.

Then generate the feed and upload it to Facebook. It should work this time.
