Rejected email template {User_name} behaves differently

The placeholder “{user_name}” behaves differently in the rejected email template compared to other templates.
In the rejected email template, the placeholder “{user_name}” displays the username of the person rejecting the account instead of the intended user’s name. However, in the account approval template, the same placeholder correctly displays the intended user’s name.
