    Hello,
    when I (as admin) reject an appointment, I can make bookly send a notification to the customer, including a reason for the rejection (i.e. {cancellation_reason}).
    Where can I add this reason to the appointment so it’s added to the notification? Or is this a PRO feature?

    Hello,

    You can add the cancellation reason only when you delete an appointment and enable the “Send notifications” checkbox. You need to set up the appointment status to cancelled to trigger the notification when you delete an appointment.
