reject an appointment

Hello,
when I (as admin) reject an appointment, I can make bookly send a notification to the customer, including a reason for the rejection (i.e. {cancellation_reason}).
Where can I add this reason to the appointment so it’s added to the notification? Or is this a PRO feature?
