Reinstalled Buddypress but it won't generate new pages

I reinstalled buddypress after trying Ultimate Member. In the proces, I deleted all of the pages that Buddypress generates when you install it.

Upon reinstalling, it won’t generate the pages. I created them normally and set them as the default pages in the Buddypress settings, but they all still appear blank. Is there a way to have Buddypress recreate those pages?
