Hi, I reinstalled the plugin after uninstalling it. Now when I go into the settings of the plugin, a blank page comes up titled AMP Settings?
    Thank you.

  • Thanks for reaching out. Can you share your Site Health information privately via this form and we can check your current setup.

If you can also check with another theme temporarily active I’m curious to know if the same occurs.

Many thanks for sharing the additional information. Can you share whether the same occurs if you select a different theme temporarily?

If you prefer to not select a different theme you can perform the steps below:

    1. Login to your site from a Chrome browser incognito window
    2. Install and activate the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin.
    3. Navigate to “Plugins > Health Check & Troubleshooting > Troubleshoot”.
    4. From the same screen click on the “Available Plugins” tab at the top right and then click on the “Enable” option next to “AMP”
    5. Attempt to view your AMP settings page once more

You can exit troubleshooting mode afterwards.

    Bonjour,

@muyyud If you’d like to open an individual support topic we can investigate your case specifically. After opening a support topic feel free to share your Site Health information within the topic or via this form and I’d be happy to try and determine the cause by recreating a similar environment.

Hello, after installing and activating the plugin you suggested without choosing a different theme, the problem seems to have disappeared. What can I do for permanent solution?
    Thank you.

@salihbora Thanks for the update. The Health Check and Troubleshooting plugin deactivates all plugins and switches to a core theme, so we need to determine the root cause. While I’m checking the same theme you have active at present in the meantime are you looking to use the AMP plugin in reader mode, which may be most suitable for themes that are not fully AMP compatible? If so then please choose your configuration settings before then saving and reverting to switching off troubleshooting mode. The frond end of your website should work as you’ve configured it, with the AMP plugin active.

I’ll also keep you posted here after performing some tests with the same theme.

Hello, thank you for your interest.

@salihbora Just as an update on this I haven’t been able to recreate this using the same theme, include with the themes “Essential” plugins.

If you’re willing to perform some additional troubleshooting steps you can use the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin once more to try and determine the particular conflict. We have a guide on the plugin website which you can follow. As you were able able to determine a particular conflict using the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin you can simply active plugins one by one while in troubleshooting mode, checking your AMP settings each time.

Let me know how you get on with the above.

Hello, I had exited the plugin before I wrote to you. When I got your answer I re-entered: None of the default themes installed. The default theme helps you determine if your current theme is causing conflicts.
    Install a default theme.
    It gives the message.
    Good work.

Hello, there is no “Enable AMP” option in the right bar on the post pages.
    Thank you.

I can see you have AMP active in reader mode now. When you mention you don’t see the “Enable AMP” option is this the same for all posts and pages?

Hello, something happened that surprised me a lot. When I opened my site, which I left in a faulty state last night, this morning, I saw that the AMP plugin was working as before without any errors. I don’t want to do anything anymore. Thank you again for your interest.

Interesting, thanks for letting us know. Of course while we won’t ask you to perform any additional troubleshooting steps if you happen to encounter the same once again let us know and we can investigate this further.
