Reinstall WP includes folder?

    Just upgraded to 2.65 and had problems with my editor/tags.
    After checks I see my wp-includes folder was not copied in its entirety.

    Can I simply ftp it again?

    Solved it by reinstalling the includes folder but still cant switch to the visual editor
