Reinstall WordPress after hacked coinhive

My site has been infected with coinhive hack.

I tried to reinstall WordPress, but it is still showing up when I run malwarebytes. Here’s the process that I used to reinstall WordPress.

-Change passwords for FTP, MySQL and WordPress site
-Took hacked site off-line
-created new WordPress install
-added back wp-config.php file
-uninstalled and reinstalled theme
-added back wp-content/uploads folder //note that I also checked my site before uploading this folder and it was still showing the infection.

Is this infection probably in my database somewhere?
