Reinstall WordPress

    I am getting the following error message – how do i delete WordPress and reinstall :

    Error: The following files already exist:
    /home3/seaniev/public_html/index.php
    /home3/s…….

    index.php might have been already there /home3/seaniev/public_html/ delete that file using ftp and try again.
