    Hello, I deleted the previous installation and I’m trying to install the plugin again, but this message appears when trying to activate the key.
    I no longer have the original installation to disable the plugin. How can I solve?

    “The license was already utilized. If you are trying to move a license from another site, open the Account page under the plugin settings in the admin dashboard, click on deactivate license first, and then try again.”

    Hi, have you tried to login to the Freemius Users Dashboard over here: https://users.freemius.com/ In the confirmation mail of your license you should see instructions on how to login to this.

    Can you login to that and see if you can disable the license on your old installation? After that it should be available on your new installation.

    If that’s not possible, please contact us via our website and provide us your account email address. Then we will have a look if we can arrange something on our side.
