Reinstall or just some files? WP formatting gone!

    Apparently someone hacked my website
    ( timesavinginternetmarketingtools.com ) . The formatting is gone?? I have tried deactivating all the plugins, and deleting two themes and reinstalling them. This didn’t work.

    Am I missing something? Any new ideas?

    I’m now down to reinstalling wordpress. I have a large database and I’d like to keep it in place. I have saved the wpconfig file on my pc. Can I do a new wordpress install with the database in place? Saving it is no easy thing.
