Reinstall Homepage Settings page

    Hi al.I can no longer find the Homepage Settings page in either Custimize or Settings > Reading to set my site to a static page. Do I need to completely reinstall WordPress or is there another was to get the page back?

    One of the weird things about WP is that if you don’t have any pages, it won’t show you the homepage selection stuff on settings->reading. So, do you have any pages defined under PAGES->ALL PAGES?
