ReInstall Fatal Error

  • I reinstall the WP and appear this “Fatal Error”

    Fatal error: Cannot redeclare get_links() (previously declared in /home/drivere/public_html/wp/wp-includes/bookmark-template.php:61) in /home/drivere/public_html/wp/wp-includes/deprecated.php on line 545

    I’ delete all files and tables of DataBase and copy again, but no resolving
