    I had to move some old users to our partner school, but there was no use having their orders there (I thought) so I deleted them in the new partner school.

    The situation has changed, and now we’re going to use the partner school as the main one, and phase out the old one, so now I *do* need the orders in the new site. I did the export/import process again, and while it’s great bringing in users, checking the “update” box doesn’t bring in the orders, although they are listed as customers (who have paid $0). I do have the username and email as the first two columns.

    Any idea why it’s not working?

    Hi @masstaxschool,

    Thanks for reaching out to us.

    In order to import the orders and link them with the users, you need to import the orders separately. To accomplish this, you can utilize our Order Import Export Plugin, using which you can export orders from your old site into a CSV file, which can then be used for importing onto your other site.
