Regx redirect not working

I was trying to redirect the this url (https://www.poshequili.com/storage/2021/01/30-Jul-2020-–-Compliance-Implementation-of-Law-against-Sexual-Harassment-in-the-New-Normal-1.webp)

to home page as shown in screenshot:

but the redirection is not working for this method, the url that I’m redirecting is wordpress url the default path has been changed due to security reason now the path is what I shared above but normal redirect is not working in this case previous plugin developer by which the path has changed told me to redirect using regx method and he also shared the step but for him it’s workin but not for me as I use this redirection plugin. and he use squirrly seo for redirection. kindly show me the steps on how to redirect provided url using this plugin.
