Regularly Locked Out Myself

Hi there,

I use SpinupWP to host my sites and they highly recommend this plugin.

I tried it a couple of years back and it constantly locked me out.
I’ve revisited the plugin in the last week or so, as it’s clearly a very popular plugin.
However, I’ve tried it on two sites and although it seems fine on one of the sites, it was locking me out of the other site constantly, so I’ve had to remove it.

I’d really like to get to the bottom of what’s going on and have been reviewing the Agency Licence, as I understand support will be limited on the free version.
However, I’ve noticed other people with a similar issue and it’s been suggested that it’s due to server misconfiguration. It would seem odd if this turned out to be my issue, as the company configuring my server highly recommend this plugin. I’d therefore expect the server configuration to be spot on.

Are you able to suggest the best way forward for me?
