    Hello everyone,

For variable products, when all the variations have the same regular price and promo price, only the promo price is displayed in the front end. However, it is enough that a variation has a regular price or a promo price different from the others for the whole to be displayed. Is this a normal operation of Woocommerce? How can I fix it?

Thank you in advance for your help.

  • Hello,

I’ve tested this on my test site, and couldn’t replicate it. When all variations have the same regular and sale prices, the product page still shows regular price (with strikethrough) and sale price.

If your site isn’t working as expected, your theme or another plugin may be overriding the default functionality. To determine what’s causing the issue, please temporarily switch your theme back to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If that resolves the issue, then re-enable plugins one-by-one until you find the one that’s causing the conflict.

You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here: https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/

We’ve not heard back from you in a while, so I’m marking this thread as resolved. Hopefully, you were able to find a solution to your problem! If you have further questions, please feel free to open a new topic.
