  • Hello,

I guess there is a an issue of Virtue theme you are currently using.

    * Try to update to the latest version
    * Try to contact the theme’s author

I tried adding a product with only a regular price to Virtue and the price and add-to-cart button showed up fine. I see that you also don’t have an add-to-cart button. Virtue is popular, well supported and regularly updated. If it was bust there would be a lot of noise and there are no recent reports of this problem on the virtue support forum. Try the default theme, if that fixes the problem than maybe it is a Virtue issue but I suspect the cause lies elsewhere.

Consider leaving the other plugins deactivated until this is solved. Sometimes even deactivated plugins can have an effect. Try renaming the plugins folder to completely deactivate them.

Your site is showing 12 console errors from something called testjava.js. Maybe not relevant but not a good sign.

If the problem persists with just WP, WC & the default theme in the loop then your install may be corrupted and a reinstall may be called for.

Hey thanks for the reply !!
What I have done so far
–>DEactivated all plugins , Renamed the folder
–> Reinstalled woocommerce with tool “Remove all data” in woocommerce.
–> Changed the theme ( so this isn’t theme problem).
I don’t see any other option left except doing all my work again.
Isnt there any hook/Filter to show regular price?
why only sale price appears and not only regular price.
I have wasted my 2 days for this ??
    Thank you

I’m thinking the db could be corrupt. I’d go for a dev install in a subdirectory with fresh WordPress, fresh WC and default theme. Don’t worry about the url. You can export / import your products so no need to re-enter them. See if that works. If it does work, you could put the theme and other plugins back one-by-one and test to see where it all goes wrong. You have lots of plugins and maybe one fouled up the db.

The approach must be to reduce the setup to the simplest and get it working before putting it all back together.

Yes, I’m afraid time can slip away with debugging. Tell me about it.

    Hey lorro!!
I really dont want to do all this setup again, so i found other way.. Can u advice me is it okay to follow this..
Regular price isnt showing up!! So if i enter the same price in both regular and sale!
It shows as the regular price on shop!! But i am afraid this is the wrong method and could be there any consequences of this?
    Thanks for your help

I wouldn’t. Setting up is much quicker second time round, but its up to you.
