Sorry to hear you’re having issues with our plugin.

Could you check the WooCommerce -> Settings page and check the Currency options on the General tab?

What are you using for decimal separator and for thousands separator?
And can you confirm that the price settings in your products are in that same format?

After some more investigation I fount that prices are ok when Aelia Currency switcher disabled…

Any ideas?

That it’s probably a conflict with the Aelia Currency Switcher plugin. I assume they store the prices differently from how WC does it.

I can’t find the Aelia Currency Switcher in the list of WP plugins. Could you tell me how that plugin is named and maybe send me a link to the correct plugin page? Then I can have a look at it and see if I can make our plugin compatible.

I need to access the software and database and I prefer not to do that on your server. I will download the free trail version of the plugin and install that on one of my development servers to see if I can work on the issue.

This will take some time though, I will see if I can manage to fix it before the end of next week.
