• Some of our events have the problem that registrations are not visible in the dashboard. After a bit of testing, I figured out that this issue occurs when it’s a recurring event.

    For now we’re working around this by duplicating events, but we’d prefer to use the feature to make it a recurring event and see the registrations in our dashboard.

    Sorry for the issue!

    Is this occurring when changes are made to the recurrence schedule perhaps?

    We’ve noticed that making changes to the schedule and occasionally any changes to a recurring event can cause all of the events to regenerate. This causes the registration records to then be non-assigned to any event. We are creating workarounds for this to easily reassign the registrations.

    After some testing, it occurs without changes made to the recurrence schedule. Thank you for the information though, we’ll try to keep it in mind.

    For now we’re still using the workaround stated in the original post.
