RegistrationMagic Νo access to admin area

This looks like a conflict with another plugin on your site as the functionality is working fine on our testing servers. Could you please try again by deactivating other plugins one by one and see if it works fine after deactivating any other particular plugin.

I tried this. I disabled all other plugins and still the problem is there. After disabling your plugin, I log in as admin then enable your plugin and continue working normally as admin.

Could you please create a completely new admin account on your site and then check again after logging in with that account.

Are you using RegistrationMagic Premium as well? If yes, which version of it are you using?

No, I am using only the free version v.5.2.5.9

Could you please provide us your browser details, PHP version on server, and website’s WordPress version. This information will help us in troubleshooting the issue further.

I think the problem is solved. I changed the php version from 8.1.27 to 8.2.15 and it seems to work. Thanks for your support.
