    I upgraded to version 1.8.2.0 of the Social Marketing plugin the other day, and I was prompted to register for the plugin (although I thought I had done this when I first installed the plugin months ago). After I filled in the registration form, a message popped up that says “Please wait. We are registering your account.” and has been there for 2 days now. In the diagnostic data of the feedback section, it says the API key is not available and to try reactivating the plugin. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and was prompted to register again. I did that, and the registration is still hanging. Let me know if there is any other information I can provide or something else I can try to fix this.

    Could you please send diagnostic data from Feedback page to [email protected].

    Yet, try re-activating the plugin once more. We seem to have trouble with re-trying if anything goes wrong on first attempt.

    I did try deactivating and reactivating the plugin once more, and it worked! The registration is now complete. Thanks for your help!

    Just came back from vacation hoping this was fixed, but it is the same issue for me as of today :X Uninstalled/reinstalled… no fix… registration won’t complete and the message has been there for over a month.

    This is the message I get when trying to register:

    Social Marketing failed to contact FarReach.es to finish up the registration. The plugin will complete the registration once the FarReach.es server is available.
