Registration won't complete

I upgraded to version 1.8.2.0 of the Social Marketing plugin the other day, and I was prompted to register for the plugin (although I thought I had done this when I first installed the plugin months ago). After I filled in the registration form, a message popped up that says “Please wait. We are registering your account.” and has been there for 2 days now. In the diagnostic data of the feedback section, it says the API key is not available and to try reactivating the plugin. I deactivated and reactivated the plugin and was prompted to register again. I did that, and the registration is still hanging. Let me know if there is any other information I can provide or something else I can try to fix this.
